• How much does staging cost?

Answer: It depends on the size of the house, how many rooms are staged, what grade of furniture is used, what kind of package you choose and how much the client would like to spend. We price per room. You can buy a package or Ala Carte. We can customize a package that fits any budget.

Our packages start at just $395.00 for our Economy package or our Standard accessories package.

• How long does it take to stage a house from start to finish?

Answer: It depends on everything from the size of your package to the personal shopping done for your property. Standard jobs will be completed within 5-7 business days from our start date. Express jobs are completed within the time frame agreed upon with each client. Express jobs are subject to an additional fee starting at $99.00 and must be authorized by management.

• What does the initial fee include?

Answer: The initial fee includes "before" photos, personal shopping for your property, moving all inventory into the home, setting up and placing all items and decorating, "after" photos which are E-mailed to the client or placed on a compact disk and mailed to the client, a full photo inventory of all items used for staging that are remaining at the property, the complete tear down which includes packing and moving all items, clean up which includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces such as counter tops that were used for staging or the packing of items.

It also includes your first month of your rental fee as long as the current special is running.

• When do I have to pay the rental fee and how much is it?

Answer: Your rental fee starts one month from the finish date stated in your contract as long as this special is running. Your rental fee depends on your package and is stated in your contract. The rental fee is due before your expiration date each month in order to continue to rent the staging inventory.

• What are your hours?

Answer:We work around the clock to complete your staging order. Our hours in the property vary from day to day. If we are aware of a set showing we will make every effort to have the property in order during the time of the set showings. It is best to take the property into a "no showings at this time" mode until the staging is complete.

• Do you charge for a quote?

Answer: NO! Your quote is always FREE!

• Does staging a vacant property really make a difference?
